Alfons joined Centriq in 2014 to lead the Risk Finance Solutions business unit. He has more than 20 years of broad international insurance industry experience. He plays golf and loves riding bicycles.

Anton is responsible for Centriq’s actuarial and risk function. He has been part of the team since 2012 and has close to 20 years’ experience in the industry. Anton is a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa and is also a Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary.

Debbie joined Centriq in 2010 and has more than 40 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Debbie maintains oversight of the underwriting functions of partners, e.g. monitoring of exposures, mandates, policy wordings etc.  She is also responsible for placing all of Centriq’s reinsurance treaties, and oversight of reinsurance recoveries.

An attorney by profession, Indrani has been in the insurance industry since 2004 and joined Centriq in 2020. Her main responsibilities include managing the claims and complaints teams, ensuring that Centriq is in a position to support and have oversight over its outsourced business partners.

Lesedi and her team assist and support business unit heads and partners to deliver on market conduct and compliance imperatives. She also champions market conduct implementation within Centriq, which has led to an organisational culture of producing fair outcomes for policyholders. She joined Centriq in 2014 after stints at a short-term insurance broker and the financial services industry regulator.

Myure is a specialist in Affinity and Alternative Distribution cell captive solutions. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the Finance, Operations, Compliance and management functions of both life and non-life insurance products. She manages a large portfolio of Affinity/Corporate clients with a retail brand offering. Myure joined Centriq in 2008.

Michelle oversees the entire financial function of Centriq, including all internal and external financial reporting. She joined the company in 2009 and has around 15 years’ experience in the business. Her experience includes a stint in the Cayman Islands in the cell captive insurance industry at KPMG.

Tsepo has around 25 years’ experience in IT, 15 of which have been in senior management roles. He is responsible for the development and execution of Centriq’s IT and digital strategy, as well as day to day running of the IT department. He holds a Master’s degree in IT and has completed the Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University.
